Hi Sunny.

I am a regular reader of your column and today I followed you onto the Internet.

Your articles do enrich me a great deal and thank you for them. Please keep them coming.

About us staring into space in jams instead of reading a book, I guess you haven't used matatus yet. If you can concentrate with music blaring so loud, then you would be an exception. That is not to say we shouldn't read but that might not be one of the places one could do it. Off course we don't read. That can't be over emphasised because it's true.

Am taking up the challenge and I have started.

Thank you and may God bless you.

Hi Bindra

Your articles are very well thought out and challenging. About the reading issue I believe I am one victim though I read a lot of articles in newspapers, magazines and web sites. Just discovered your site today and am thrilled by your work (Only used to read what was on Sunday Nation).
Keep them coming.
God bless.

PS:If only there were 5 more Bindras!!!!!!(I can only imagine)

I think what makes one is persistence and hunger to achieve. It's not colour nor race. We all know nothing comes easy but we also condone feeling of jealousy especially when it's not one of our tribes. This most of the time is a sign of weakness amongst communities and needs to be dealt with firmly.
