		<description>What about the telecommunications industry in Kenya? Economically i would be inclined to go for the cheaper option and if a company chooses to attract customers by offering cheaper goods and services in as much as they try to &quot;buy&quot; customer loyalty, maybe they are aware of the economic constraints of their target market or maybe capitalism in not one of their ideals... Are these the exceptions or are price wars to be taken on their face value: to increase market share?</description>
