I work for an organisation which is always playing catch up with its competitors when it doesnt have to to.I have fowarded this article to my boss.

This i beleive applies to all sectors in ouir country.Take from example where i come from,Thika. The Municipal Council of Thika has a vision: &#039;To be the Birmingham of Kenya&#039;. This is one example of how we peg our achievements on others and thus stifling innovativeness.</description>
