Fast Forward
I am launching Fast Forward, a unique leadership development programme, in 2008. This is a leadership programme with a difference: it does not involve physical bonding exercises, or role-playing, or real-time coaching. That is done much better by others. Fast Forward is about building WISDOM in business leaders - developing the deep insights and acute judgement that separates great leadership from the merely humdrum. It does this by assembling a very small group of current and future leaders and training them to think deeply about the real questions of leadership. How do I see the big picture at all times? How do I ensure that my organisation really connects with customers? How do I motivate people to do the extraordinary? And how do I ensure that my organisation is always on an action footing?
